18th Century Qianlong period Chinese large Soup Tureen dish. Chinese blue and white export porcelain soup tureen and cover of canted corner form with pomegranate finial and hare mask handles, painted with sprays of Peonies and the base with coastal landscape , dwellings and a bridge all decorated in underglaze cobalt blue

A really lovely example of this fine quality Chinese export wares

Condition Report

The lid section has been repaired at some stage in its life with a crack being over painted but it has been very professionally done and is almost invisible to the eye. There is one chip to the hare's ear handle and one to the base section (please see photos)
