A chance for 1st Period Dr Wall Worcester collectors to own a magnificent Early Lily Pattern Cup and Saucer Open Crescent mark. Circa 1775

 Condition excellent condition. The gilding and enamel work has almost no losses whatsoever.

 

This period was the start of the early English porcelain manufacture and Worcester were one of the most famous of these manufacturers. The Lilly Pattern was bought by King George III as a breakfast service in honour of his wife Queen Charlotte in 1788 and became known as the Royal Lily pattern (and Queen Charlotte pattern) from that time. This Cup and saucer pre-date this time as can be seen by the different centre pattern used in both the cup and the saucer.
A Very rare and collectable item
 
Provenance: This item came from the Roundelwood ceramic collection. The original stock stickers can still be seen.

Shipping prices to all locations will be automatically shown when purchasing an item. These prices are for registered shipping. Collection is also possible. Please make sure you tick the correct box when buying any item to avoid transport charges if you intend to collect or send your own transport company

For International buyers they do not include any local taxes or customs duties, if applicable. That will be given as a separate invoice by your customs authorities directly to you.

Items will be very carefully packed and larger items will be crated.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

For UK customers returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges back to our warehouse. Refunds will be paid once the goods are checked for condition on return. Return goods may be subject for a restocking charge of 10% chargeable to the buyer

In all other cases returns are not accepted except in the case of items not being as described in the listings. Buyer must inform us that the goods are not as listed within a maximum of 5 working days from receipt along with any photographic evidence to support the claim. Buyer is still responsible for return charges and shipping, but these will be refunded (shipping costs must be agreed by us prior to sending).
